Nice brewery right downtown. Spacious indoor and outdoor seatings available.
The Sunset Catch on tap was refreshing, crisp and smooth.
The BBQ food truck looked amazing but unfortunately they were out of brisket when we tried to order so next time.
We’re searching for a place to relocate here in Central FL and our thought is that if there’s a good brewery in town, then that’s a good start. And Grove Roots surely made our cut so if we do decide to move here, this will definitely be our go to place for drinks.
Great hang out spot! Live music, huge drink selection, great open atmosphere. Highly recommend
I was there for the Festival of Trees for a wonderful fundraising event! So many beautiful children came out with mom's and dads, grandma's and grandpa's, and friends of the spirit of Christmas.
And Grove Root Brewing was gracious enough to allow the event to be held in the their large meeting room. The staff was super friendly and helpful...
Great beer, cool vibes with live music. Had a blast spending the day here!
I was passing by this place and it just cought my attention. Went in and enjoyed a good beer. It is pet friendly and there was also live music. I am glad I stoped by, i definitely have to go back with the family, it is a nice place.
I have driven by it a few times and it looked like a cool place to hang outside and get a brew. So I finally stopped in one Friday night and had a couple of pints while enjoying a live band play classic rock. The bartenders were friendly and offered samples for other beers I was curious about. The beer was great, the price for me is a little steep for me. I also did not enjoy the homeless person who was drunk and annoying but people kept buying him beers. I found it weird for young children to be running around also. Overall I would go again just not on a regular basis.
In a mindless field of "Bud" this flavor and that other insipid flavor(s), Grove Roots is an oasis....a beervahnah of well crafted adult beverages. Food trucks that show up, are the bomb. Check online to see who's putting on the feed bag. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, check online to see who is coming to play music. Kid friendly and dog friendly, is their a difference?
Staff is super cool and chill. The beer is amazing. My wife tried the Trappe Queen, which is a Belgian Tripel. I did a flight and I still wasn’t able to try everything I wanted to. I started with the brown ale, Toast. It is getting harder and harder to find brown ales and they knocked this one out of the park. The second in the flight was Honey on the Double, a double IPA with honey. Also an amazing beer. The third was 9PM Kicker, a Barrel Aged Imperial stout. Ridiculous. Then the last was their Dunkel, which of course is a dark German lager. They also did a great job on that one. But the first three were better then your average beers. I will be back. Oh, and my wife loves the tripel. One of the best she has ever had. I don’t like tripels and I would have drank that one. I am wishing we lived closer. If you are within a 30 minute drive of this place and like an awesome vibe, staff and drinking experience and don’t stop here you don’t truly like beer.
